Bree Skiba – 2200 Hours Certified
Bree Skiba, Registered Massage Therapist, also a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).
Bree Skiba graduated from the Massage Therapy program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2007. She then started Balance Massage Edmonton out of Metta Yoga Edmonton.
The treatments that Bree performs include relaxation, therapeutic and trigger point massage she also has a deep interest and training in TMJ massage (temporomandibular joint disorders).
Svea Roberts – 2200 Hours Certified
Svea is a 2200-hour Massage Therapy graduate from MH Vicars and a member in good standing with the MTAA (Massage Therapy Association of Alberta). Offering Swedish, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage, Svea strives for every one of her clients to feel more at peace with their body and their mind by the end of each treatment.
Svea has found her passion in massage and takes great pride in relieving the ailments weighting people down in today’s society. While she loves being active in her spare time through hiking and fitness, Svea also understands that to truly connect with one’s body it is vital to take the time to recharge with self-care through relaxation techniques. An understanding of how our bodies carry life’s stresses helps Svea apply just the right amount of pressure to make the muscle tension and trigger points melt away. With a caring demeanor and intuitive hands, she listens to the body to make every treatment individualized to her client’s need every time they get on her table.

Janice Watt – 2200 Hours Certified
Janice received her 2200-hour Massage Therapy diploma with honours from MH Vicars School of Massage in June 2019 and is a licensed member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She is also a 500 hour Yoga Teacher and can be found teaching group classes at Metta Yoga Edmonton as well as private and corporate yoga classes.
Offering a warm and welcoming environment, Janice creates space for you to ask questions and openly discuss concerns, ensuring you feel heard.
A passionate advocate of self-care, Janice offers relaxation and therapeutic massage, but believes a balance between these two approaches, with a focus on the nervous system, results in the most effective massage therapy sessions.
Trained in a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to treat common conditions including tension and migraine headaches, postural dysfunction, TMJD, and overuse injuries, Janice tailors each treatment to the client’s specific needs.
Myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, breathwork, and assisted stretches are key components of each massage alongside open communication and client education.

Jillian Cornish – 2200 Hours Certified
Jillian has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2015. She has since extended her training to include Myofascial Cupping and Orthopedic Massage, which are helpful modalities for overcoming all kinds of chronic injuries and pain.
She has a natural ability to put you at ease and is committed to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals by developing effective treatment plans and providing positive support.
She enjoys yoga and is passionate about Ayurveda, Holistic Nutrition and all things natural health.
Pamela Grondin – 2200 Hours Certified
Pamela is a graduate of MH Vicars 2200 Massage Therapy program as of June 12, 2021!
With almost 10 years of yoga studies and practice, Pamela is passionate about physiology, self care, and helping others with their wellness goals. Her compassionate approach creates a welcoming environment for all clients.
She can provide therapeutic massage to the community with individualized treatment plans for clients requiring services ranging from, but not limited to; injury recovery, chronic affairs, relaxation and maintenance . Clients will be informed about techniques, benefits of massage and the importance of home care. Pamela is committed to keep up with best industry practices and current research as well as a dedication to professional and personal growth by continuing education and expanding modalities best suited to successfully treat clients.
In September 2021 Pamela will be starting studies of Manual Osteopathy therapy!
Stephanie Reist – 2200 Hours Certified
Stephanie is a graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton and a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). She has been an RMT since 2009.
Massage is her third career, having obtained a degree in Journalism and working in that field for several years before moving to Alberta and finding work with people with disabilities. The care that that position required taught her patience and made her realize she wanted to find a niche in the healthcare field.
Stephanie has worked with clients of all ages, from 3 to 90 years old. She enjoys working with athletes as well, having played volleyball at the university level.
Communication with her clients is key to delivering an effective and comfortable treatment. She specializes in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, and prenatal massage.
When Stephanie isn’t working to pay for her cat’s lavish lifestyle, she enjoys reading, spending time with her niece and nephew and laughing with friends.
Jessica Tweed – 2200 Hours Certified
As a 2004 MacEwan University graduate and a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association (NHPC), Jessica has spent her career working to help relax and de-stress her clients. She recognizes that many diseases, conditions and chronic issues stem from stress and an unbalanced mind/body connection. Her approach is to couple tension melting techniques with a soothing flow of movement which helps to reset an activated nervous system. Her calm and non-judgmental nature puts clients at ease, providing a safe space for whatever needs to be released during a session, be it physical, mental, or emotional stress.
In addition to specializing in Relaxation, Jessica offers Therapeutic and Prenatal/Pregnancy massage.
Jessica has certification in Guided Meditation Massage and has received training in Trauma Integration, plus has a passion for women’s body empowerment and can assist her clients to begin to dismantle harmful internalized patterns that keeps them from living their best life in whatever body they are living in. She is trauma informed, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly. All of who you are is welcome and accepted on Jessica’s table!
Samuel Kush – 2200 Hours Certified
Sequel to a background in Accounting and Economics and working a few years in the same fields, Sam decided to make a big leap into the manual therapy industry due to his love for helping people around him recover from their discomfort, pain and trauma.
He therefore bagged his 3000 hours as an RMT from Makami College in 2021 and went further to attain his MOT diploma from Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2022, thereby boosting his technique know-how.
Sam’s ideology is engraved in listening to the body of each potential client he sees and to therefore be a facilitator for balance in their body either through therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage or craniosacral therapy.
Sam is given to acquiring knowledge that will invariably help to solidify his base in this manual therapy industry, which in turn will be of immense benefit to the community he serves with his hands-on vocation as a therapeutic facilitator. To enhance this, Sam has attended various sessions with the Barral Institute and the Upledger Institute so as to further improve and advance his knowledge and how better to foster care and wellness in the human body.
Sam’s leisure hours are spent listening to music, reading and watching movies.
Jocelyn Veinot – 2200 Hours Certified
Jocelyn graduated with honours from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2019. She is a member in good standing with MTAA and was the recipient of Edmonton Journal’s Readers’ Choice Best in Edmonton Gold award for massage therapy 3 years running.
Since graduation Jocelyn has specialized in treatment of the head, neck and jaw, including TMJ dysfunction, headaches and migraines and postural issues. She also excels in treating the hips and low back, and believes many upper body problems stem from these areas.
Jocelyn truly believes in a full mind-body approach to your care and will work closely with you to help you reach your goals. She incorporates multiple techniques and modalities into each treatment from cupping to breath work, and personalizes each session to meet both your short and long term goals.
